Cancellation Policy

 

Conference registration cancellations will be accepted through Friday, September 3, 2010, and any refunds granted  are subject to a $25 service fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to oedsa-board@mveca.org  by Firday, September 3, 2010. Cancellations received after Friday, September 3, 2010, will not be accepted for any reason, and no refunds will be issued. If you are  unable to attend the conference, another individual may attend in your place at no extra charge provided the individual brings a copy of your email registration confirmation, along with your written approval for  the substitution.
