
The Ohio Educational Data System
Association (OEDSA) Board of Directors is pleased to
announce the OEDSA Fall 2009 Conference. The
conference will begin Wednesday
evening, September 9th and continue through
Thursday and Friday September
11th. The Conference will be held at the Worthington
Double Tree (formerly the Holiday Inn),
located at 175 Hutchinson Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. NOTE: Registration
is open to both Districts and ITC's.
The conference registration fee is $175.00
($225.00 late registration) and includes refreshments during
Wednesday's session, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on
Thursday and breakfast on Friday.
Please note that the conference registration has been lowered this year. Conference dress is casual.
THE OEDSA ORGANIZATION DOES NOT OFFER SINGLE DAY, OR
PARTIAL, REGISTRATIONS. IF YOU WISH TO ATTEND ANY SESSIONS, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY
FOR THE ENTIRE CONFERENCE.

(late registration begins 9/2/2009 and ends 9/4/2009). There will be no walk-in
registration the day of the conference. Please check back for the latest

THE WORTHINGTON DOUBLETREE HAS BLOCKED 150 ROOMS FOR
THIS CONFERENCE. PLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to guarantee that
you receive our discounted room rate. The room rate for our conference is $85
per night and can be booked by calling the hotel or using the link provided on
our web site. You are guaranteed the conference rate only until August 26th.
After that date, it will be based on availability. So please make room
reservations as soon as possible. If calling please be sure to mention the OEDSA
conference or you will NOT receive the discounted rate. Using the link on our
web page ensures that you will be registered at the conference rate.

bad weather – they will shuttle over to the Double Tree.

Sessions will include topics that
are of interest to Network Support, Student Services Support
and Fiscal Support personnel.
Wednesday
evening we begin the conference at 7:00 pm (registration at 6:30 pm) with
a Keynote Address by
Angela Siefer, Founder & Chancellor,
ShinyDoor
Thursday's sessions will
start at 8:45 am and continue through 4:00
pm. Dinner will be at 6:00 pm,
followed by the evening's entertainment.
Friday's sessions will start at 8:30 am with the
conference ending at 12:00 pm. Participants attending all sessions will
receive 9.5 hours of instruction.
