The Ohio Educational Data System Association (OEDSA) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the OEDSA Fall 2011 Conference. The conference will begin Wednesday evening, September 14th and continue through Thursday and  Friday September 16th. The Conference will be held at the Worthington Double Tree, located at 175 Hutchinson Avenue in Columbus, Ohio.  NOTE: Registration is open to both Districts and ITC's.

The conference registration fee is $195.00 ($245.00 late registration) and includes refreshments during Wednesday's session, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Thursday and breakfast on Friday. Conference dress is casual.  THE OEDSA ORGANIZATION DOES NOT OFFER SINGLE DAY, OR PARTIAL, REGISTRATIONS. IF YOU WISH TO ATTEND ANY SESSIONS, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE CONFERENCE.

Wednedsay nights session: 
Stephanie Thompson
, a long-time SERS counselor will speak regarding any Pension Reform news and when we might expect to know what the changes will be. There will be a Q & A session in order to clarify any questions there might have regarding the SERS pension system, plans of payment, health care coverage and Social Security as it relates to your pension. She is one of the most requested speakers and is quite knowledgeable about all aspects of SERS.

 

Thursday's sessions will start at 8:45 am and continue through 4:00 pm. Dinner will be at 6:00 pm, followed by the evening's entertainment.

Friday's sessions will start at 8:30 am with the conference ending at 12:00 pm.  Participants attending all sessions will receive 9.5 hours of instruction.
