Presentation: OEDSA AR.PPT USPS Updates This session will cover any updates to the USPS V4.2 programs released in the past year as well as upcoming changes to the software. Presentation: USPS Updates. PPT USPS Web Application Introduction During this session SSDT staff will introduce the USPS web application to districts. This will include the district ability to enter dates for an employee, attendance entry, biographical and job maintenance, benefit balance tracking, deductions and the EMIS entry screen.
EMIS Staff Reporting We will focus on EMIS staff reporting and how the USPS data affects this process. Explanations will be given on the importance of fields and how they relate to student data, district report cards, etc. We will review specific items to look at on the PERDET report, problem areas, what any errors might mean and how to correct them, as well as available resources. School Finance/SF3 Covers the SF-3 Flow Report, its relationship to the SF-3 and looks at how funding “flows” based on data included on the SF-3 Flow.
