new February Reporting Period, update of the EMIS Web Application, a look at Yearend and a
presentation of discussion of using CA-USD Helpdesk.

sessions including topics and target audiences. We will also talk about establishing a Student
Services User Group to use as the primary means of support. We'll also discuss utilizing the
Helpdesk to track issues.

HR Kiosk Informational

For those ITCs utilizing the HR Kiosk, we will present an overview of the
product as well as explain some of the set up involved at each ITC. Included
will be an overview of the flow by which the district data is access and other
technical issues.
Jasper Report Writer Mini Training

This session will provide instruction to ITC staff on how to use Jasper Report
Writer tools to customize output from the web interface programs.
SERS Update session

A representative from SERS will be on hand to provide a refresher for the
veteran ITC staff as well as a learning opportunity for new ITC staff members. A
general overview of what SERS expects from employers (districts) as well as what
the responsibility of the ITCs might be, problem areas districts have that ITC
might be able to assist with, general rules for reporting by districts and any
recent or upcoming changes.
